Applications for Online Teaching Excellence Due April 10th

ALPINE – The Sul Ross Office of the Provost and the Faculty Assembly Online Distance Education Committee announced a new award that recognizes examples of outstanding online teaching and online teaching practices.

The new President’s Award for Online Teaching Excellence will honor excellent education via the internet. The award focuses on well-designed courses and efficient online teaching strategies that are important to student involvement and learning outcomes.

Applications for this award are to be submitted online through Qualtrics. Before accessing, possible applicants must review the “Rubric for Evaluation”. Faculty may only submit one application (course) by Friday, April 10 by 11:59 P.M.
